Rule 16
Cooperation may be exchanged between regulatory bodies

(1) In order to effectively complete the work of regulation, monitoring and supervision of the indicator organization, the regulatory body may exchange assistance with the similar working bodies of the domestic and foreign countries as follows:-
(a) To jointly inspect, monitor and supervise the indicator organizations doing business of the same nature or the indicator organizations doing business of different nature throughout Nepal,
(b) To inspect, monitor and supervise the indicator organization together with the regulatory body of the foreign country,
(c) To establish an agreement on cooperation and exchange of cooperation with the regulatory bodies of foreign countries on the basis of reciprocity and to implement it in a manner that is of bilateral or multilateral interest,
(d) Obtain and provide the information or information requested by the foreign country's similar working body from the indicator organization within the jurisdiction of the regulatory body.
(2) The use of information or details exchanged between domestic or foreign regulatory bodies can only be used for the purposes specified by the regulatory body that transmits such information or details.
